Because Tides is a 501c3 nonprofit organization, we will also remove items that specifically advocate for the election of any candidate for public office. We encourage you to post relevant links in your comment, however, comments containing more than two hyperlinks will be removed as spam.

I have been following your work for most of my career. I have seen you take organizations like Project Vote and fund programs that make a difference.
I wanted to extend a personal invitation to you to attend our 4th Annual Eleanor Roosevelt Human Rights Awards on June 24 at the National Museum of Women in the Arts. This year, we are proud to have as our awardees the Leadership Conference on Civil Rights, Governor Kathleen Sebelius, and Gamesa Technology Corp.
We would be delighted if you would join us as we celebrate their leadership on workers’ rights and would like to offer you 2 complimentary tickets. If you do plan to use them, please send me names of the attendees by June 18, if possible.
